Hole 1

A fairly generous opening hole as it is a short par 4 with a fairly large, flat green. The longer hitter should definitely try and drive the green.

A well placed long iron off the tee short of the left hand fairway bunker will leave a fairly simple pitch shot and a good birdie opportunity. The hole requires good tee shot placement and a less than successful second shot can wreck your start to the round.
